SBC Telephone Support
Support for your Sage Solution

Many customers are aware of the support options available from Sage direct in terms of their Sagecover and Sagecover Extra options.


After many requests from both existing and new customers, SBC have introduced sbc cover - our low cost alternative to Sagecover. sbc cover is aimed at Sage users who want the confidence of knowing assistance is available when they need it, but who find that Sage's own cover is too expensive and contains many un-wanted extras.

SBC Cover prices are 50% of Sage's standard sagecover policy, and our customers also qualify for 10% off upgrades for Line 50, Payroll, Personell and Job Costing when bought via SBC.


Cover hours are from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, from Monday to Friday. Out of hours support is available on request.


Versions 9 - 16 (2010) are currently supported.

In addition to the standard telephone support, included in sbc cover is unlimited remote assistance. Using our Teamviewer software you can invite us to remotely access your PC (Broadband connection required) and share your screens. This enables our technicians to see exactly what you are seeing, and will help resolve your issues in a quicker and more efficient way.

No phone queues: sbc do not operate a phone queing system. One call to our national rate number will see you connected directly to a technician. If all technicians are engaged on calls, you are connected to our answering service. Calls are then answered in the order they are received as technicians become available, which means you do not spend hours waiting to be put though.
