Swan Business Consultants: Company Background

Swan Business Consultants Ltd was formed in 2002 by co-directors; Graham Phelps and Paul Ebrey (Pictured here with Sage Account Manager, Graeme Banham).

Both directors came from an established background in the Sage arena, having worked for leading UK Sage resellers, in many roles including; Support, Implementation, Training, Consultancy, Pre-Sales; Sales and Project Management. This wide range of skills has been compiled over a combined twenty three years working with Sage products.

sbc are based in a central position in High Wycombe. This location was chosen specifically because of the ease of access to the motorway network, enabling us to service a wide area and range of businesses.

Since its conception, sbc quickly established itself in the Sage arena reaching the acclaimed title of “Premier Partner” after only three months of trading. Not stopping there, we continue to take on new products, undergoing the relevant training and enhancing our portfolio, this allowed us to offer our customers a wider choice of Software and Services to meet their needs.

2004 saw sbc proudly winning Sage’s “Business Partner Of The Year” and during the latter part of 04 our product range grew again, securing the supply of MYOB (Mind Your Own Business), Intuit Quickbooks and more recently the Mamut Accounts solutions.

Since then 2004 have gone from strength to strength, gaining a customer base of over 600 clients. We have also reviewed our product offerings and now concentrate on soley the Sage range of products, as we feel that they are so far ahead of their competitors. We are however currently assessing Microsoft Small Business Accounting and hope to add this to our product range soon.
