Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our product pages, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to your shopping basket. When you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Credit cards are charged at the point of ordering. Charging your credit card does not infer that your order has been accepted or approved. Should there be any issue with your order you will be contacted by phone or email where the problem will be discussed. Swan Business Consultants Ltd reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your credit card in full should the need arise.
Shipping And Handling
All orders are shipped directly from our suppliers. Upon delivery, the carrier will request a signature as proof of delivery. Please ensure that the goods are not damaged and that the correct number of boxes have been delivered prior to signing for delivery.
Delivery Schedule
You will normally receive your order in 2 - 3 business days, however delivery on some items can take up to 14 days. Please note that items may be despatched from multiple warehouses, so may arrive seperately.
Back Orders
If an item you have ordered is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
Orders are only accepted from within the UK and are subject to VAT at 17.5%. Should you be VAT exempt (e.g. charities) please contact us prior to placing your order.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. Card processing is performed by Protx (www.protx.com) on their secure servers. No card information is held or retained by saveonstore.co.uk.

Returns Policy
Return are accepted only if the product is found to be faulty. All returns are inspected upon arival and refunds / replacements will be issued subject to the item testing faulty or damaged. Please note that damage caused by misuse of the product will not be accepted.
